Young company looking for a Digital Marketing professional with a strong eye for design and aesthetics.

Your role will be to coordinate and sign off the work of their teams (Website, YouTube, Blog etc) and come up with new ideas and strategies to help pushtheir SEO and website conversions up.

You will not be expected to be an expert in all areas, but being proactive to Google or YouTube new trends, ideas, and problems.

The main aim of their marketing is attracting high-quality leads.

Responsibilities:

- put together and execute marketing strategy of service company selling financial product with a marketing team
- improve selling and upselling channels (Website, SEO, YouTube, E-mail marketing, LinkedIn, Partnership Programs and others)
- analyse channel's statistics, make decisions on where to concentrate resources (such as teams and marketing budget)
- weekly reports and planning
- create new lead attracting channels
- find out weak points in current marketing strategy and improve them
- search for people to outsource task inside existing team or at fiver
- take responsibility for whole marketing in company
- understand financial products we're selling
- understand our target audience

You must have:
- marketing experience for 3 years and more
- experience in attracting leads for product's cost from £10,000
- experience in remote work
- strong leadership soft skills
- experience in managing teams
- desire to grow together
- positive mindset
