Carry out all cleaning duties to a high standard.

  • Ensure that all equipment is correctly and safely used and kept in a safe condition.
  • Report any defects or concerns to the management team straightaway.
  • Carry out any reasonable instructions of the home management team
  • Attend any training necessary to support them to do their job in a safe manner
  • Attend staff meetings
  • Be reliable and flexible
  • Be able to complete cleaning tasks within duty time which requires good time management skills
  • Be a team player
  • Be respectful towards our residents and respect their privacy and dignity
  • This position is DBS checked
