08:00am to 4:30pm.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Information Operative to ensure the smooth transition and integration of logistics and administration within the group.

Raising purchase orders and receipting through Zahara.
Produce month end run information from inhouse logistics package.
Ensuring all customer paperwork is completed on time.
Month end reporting both internal and to customers
Analysis of costs and provision of KPI data.
Managing potential new contracts from the Commercial team, ensuring correct approvals in place and rollout
Rollout of own collections of feedstock
Rollout of bio

- fertiliser export transport

Rollout of PurGo to required sites
Regular review meetings with Manager to update on progress
Monthly report outlining progress
Attendance at customer reviews via TEAMS where required
Regular communication with BI team to ensure correct information provided and that benchmark reporting is available at Board level
