Our client is a growing and reputable organisation with offices located near Slough. A new permanent opportunity has arisen in their business for a Sales Support Administrator.Reporting into the Team Leader, you will be responsible for:
- Tracking orders and investigating shipping delays from suppliers or for customers.
- Processing customer orders, refunds and returns.
- Referring complex cases to the Account Manager.
- Preparing quotes for customers and processing order requests.
- Ordering stock from suppliers and helping with forecasting needs for each account.
- Booking on shipments for international deliveries and creating commercial invoices.
