Our client is a growing and reputable organisation with offices located near Slough. A new permanent opportunity has arisen in their business for a Sales Support Administrator.

Reporting into the Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Tracking orders and investigating shipping delays from suppliers or for customers.
  • Processing customer orders, refunds and returns.
  • Referring complex cases to the Account Manager.
  • Preparing quotes for customers and processing order requests.
  • Ordering stock from suppliers and helping with forecasting needs for each account.
  • Booking on shipments for international deliveries and creating commercial invoices.
On offer is a basic salary ranging from £22,000 to £26,000 depending on experience, as well as good benefits.
