What we offer:


  • Salary: £50,000 £65,000

What the Brand Designer will be doing:

  • Working as part of the in-house design team you will collaborate with the Creative Director and other stakeholders to update/maintain brand guidelines and translate them into effective visual design concepts.
  • Create and maintain brand assets, including logos, typography, colour palettes, and visual elements, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Design and produce a wide range of marketing collateral across web, social print for the marketing team adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Stay updated on design trends, market developments, and competitor activities to ensure our brand remains fresh, relevant, and competitive.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, such as marketing, product, and UX/UI, to align brand strategy with overall business goals and deliver cohesive design solutions.
  • Conduct research and gather insights to inform design decisions, keeping the target audience and user experience in mind.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet project deadlines.
  • Present design concepts and ideas to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and iterating designs to achieve optimal results.
  • Maintain and organize a library of brand assets, ensuring easy accessibility for internal stakeholders.

About you:


  • 4+ years' experience as a Brand Designer or a similar role, preferably in an agency or inhouse creative team.
  • Proficiency in industrystandard design software such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
  • Solid understanding of brand strategy and the ability to translate it into compelling visual solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of current design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in branding and marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Detailoriented mindset with a focus on delivering highquality work within established deadlines.
  • A proactive and innovative approach to problemsolving, with a willingness to experiment and explore new design techniques.
