Description

We are looking for an experienced
Credit Controller to join our
Finance team, based in
Brighton on a
permanent basis.

This role is
full time, with a salary of
£25,000 per annum.

Although this is advertised as a full time vacancy, we are happy to be flexible and would consider anyone who needs to work around caring responsibilities etc.

Responsibilities

Using software to send statements and record notes on (training will be provided)
Liaising with internal managers, partners, Head of Finance & Chief Finance Officer
Working out payment plans
Resolution of customer queries and escalating as necessary
Processing card payments
Escalation of debtors for legal action

About you

2 years Credit Control experience
Experience of legal procedure is desirable
Excellent customer service skills and telephone manner
Good attention to detail
The ability to prioritise
Good experience of working within a B2C setting
Previous accounts experience is desirable
