Salary - £25,000-£31,300 (+ £750 Car Allowance) per annum - depending on skills and experience

Contract type - Permanent

Working hours - Full Time

About the role
We are currently recruiting for a Home Ownership Coordinator on a permanent basis. This will be based in Chippenham on 37 hours per week.

You will be providing excellent customer service and admin support to the Homeownership Team.

This role will include liaising with solicitors on shared owner and leasehold queries.

Including, but not limited to, co-ordination of staircasing queries, customer and solicitor requests re sales, completion statements and tracking and receipt of leases.


You will provide excellent customer service, dealing with a wide range of enquires from internal and external customers, solicitors, land registry, managing agents and other parties.


Please note that if you are successful in this role, we will require a DBS check to be completed. Further details will be sent following offer.

About you
You will have GCSE level or vocabulary, verbal reasoning and numerical skills to the equivalent ability level.

It is not essential but desirable to have achievement of APIP (Association of Professional Inventory Providers) Inventory Course.


Highly organised with the ability to self-manage a diverse and varied case load, prioritising work effectively and to a high standard and quality to meet targets.

This will also include having excellent administration and organisational skills, with the ability to manage own workload.

Experience of managing Customers expectations and the ability to make difficult decisions and deliver these appropriately.
