Description

We are looking for an HR Administrator to join our HR team on a 12 months fixed term contract (with the potential to move to a permanent role).


The role of an HR Administrator at DNEG is to support the HR Advisors in day-to-day administration and project work for various client groups, as well as providing generalist HR administration support to the wider HR function.

As well as working closely with HR Shared Services team to ensure the smooth running of administration and a strong employee experience.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Respond to general enquiries for client groups received via hrLondon inbox including escalating to the HR Advisor as appropriate.
  • Manage all new starter paperwork compile all new starter paperwork (contracts, new starter forms etc.) for client groups; be the main point of contact for DNEG London new starters.
  • Conduct new starter inductions
  • Manage all leaver administration for your client groups update the Employment database, create leavers letters, update starters and leavers and archive personnel files for leavers in client groups.
  • Compile salary benchmark reports, holiday and sickness reports and assist the HR Advisor/department managers in managing high sickness/holiday cases.
  • Manage the review processes for your client groups compile feedback, prepare packs for probation/annual salary reviews prior to review date and attend regular benchmarking meetings for your client groups to drive actions forward.
  • Compile all changes of terms and conditions, contract extensions, pay increases and probationary letters for client groups. Update the Employment database to reflect changes, writing letters and inform payroll of any changes.
  • Attend and take notes at client group Talent Review Meetings.
  • Administer the tracking of all capability issues within your client group ensuring that the performance management spreadsheet is kept updated.
  • Work with HR Shared Services to respond to all reference enquiries for current and exemployees.
  • Be the main point of contact for all paternity requests in your client groups. Provide administrative support to the HR Advisor for all maternity, shared parental leave and flexible working requests in your client group.
  • Ensure all paperwork is filed promptly.
  • Provide support for HR Projects working closely with HR colleagues in other studios to ensure consistent and continuous improvement of processes across the business
  • Provide support with HR Audits.
  • Provide generalist administrative support to the wider HR function where necessary.

Must-Have

  • Impeccable accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to deal with confidential information in a professional manner.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Strong interest and knowledge of Human Resources.
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent.

  • Some office experience desirable but not essential.
