Main purpose of the Job

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual with strong accounts administration skills to join the Office team at Haydock Park Golf Club.

We are looking for a part time Accounts Administrator who will be responsible for the day-to-day accounts and administrative processes within the Golf Club.

Working within a busy Office reporting to the General Manager, the successful applicant will be required to work 20 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Accurately record all daytoday financial transactions of the Golf Club.
• Enter data, maintain records and financial statements.
• Process accounts receivable/payable and complete payroll in a timely manner.
• Pay suppliers and process payments as required.
• Assist with the daytoday general administration.

Requirements:

• A positive cando attitude.
• Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven bookkeeping experience.
• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles.
• Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.
• Data entry skills.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience of Intelligent Golf/Croft (preferred).
• Accounting qualification (preferred).
• Golf knowledge (preferred).

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 20 per week


Salary:
£13.00 per hour
