We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven person to join our team in Bournemouth, Dorset.


Responsibilities

• Answering inbound calls and placing appointments on to our booking system
• Converting enquiries to sales
• Rearranging appointments with customers and technicians
• Liaising with Engineers

Skills Required:

• Excellent Telephone Manner
• PC Literate (MS Word and MS Excel primarily)
• Team Player
• Communication skills
