Our Social Model of Health is designed to support the prevention and population health agendas by activation through a three-pillar model; The three-pillar model enables people to become more activated in their own health; focusing on prevention and enabling communities to encourage system change.


We have an exciting opportunity to work within our Learning pillar for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join The Life Rooms Social Inclusion Team as a Digital Health Advisor.

The role involves supporting individuals, communities, services and organisations to develop their knowledge and skills in utilising digital means to improve and maintain health and wellbeing.

This could be on a 1:1 or groups basis both face to face and virtually.

A good knowledge of digital health and wellbeing resources, technology and software is essential and an understanding of how to address digital deprivation as a health inequality is advantageous.

Shortlisting date is planned for 27th June 2023

Interview date is planned for 4th July 2023
