Assistant Chief Executive, Housing - Unipol Student Homes

The Assistant Chief Executive - Housing, reports directly to the Deputy Chief Executive.

Do you have experience of management at a supervisory level with an established track in housing management with proven success in co-ordinating a significant staff team? Do you have experience of the higher educational sector or working in student services or housing rights?
Unipol is a housing Charity established in 1973. We provide assistance in finding and supplying housing for students in Nottingham, Leeds and Bradford.


The Assistant Chief Executive - Housing oversees the implementation of housing policies and decides on the deployment of resources within Unipol's housing portfolio.

The Assistant Chief Executive - Housing also has an important role in ensuring effective working together with others running the Hub services, the development of the portfolio, marketing, social media and IT systems.


As a key member of the Senior Management Team you will be responsible for setting and delivering the management and operational housing strategy for Unipol's portfolio.

This includes the operation of the housing management system and Assistant Chief Executive - Housing leads, co-ordinates, supervises, guides and monitors the entire housing management team, has a primary role in rent setting and oversees the marketing and lettings policies.


The post requires considerable flexibility in working hours and will involve some late night working and weekend work at specific times of the year and, in emergencies, there are call out responsibilities at any time.
