Senior Partnership Performance Officer
Southwark
Contract
£220 per day PAYE

Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Partnership Performance Officer.


  • To build and maintain key strategic relationships with a range of stakeholders across local, regional and national organisations in order to effectively undertake partnership wide comprehensive assessments of need, to interpret and translate local intelligence and work products into strategic plans. Also to provide oversight for the monitoring and reporting of partnership strategic outcomes and headline metrics including the development of robust data recording and sharing.

Knowledge, including educational qualifications:
Degree or recent and relevant work experience at an equivalent level.

Knowledge of current relevant criminal and health legislation, policy context, statutory duties, responsibilities, principles and best practice in the drug and alcohol sector, including the commissioning and monitoring of drug and alcohol treatment services for people of all ages.

Knowledge and awareness of the issues faced by local communities affected by substance related harm including the exploitation, violence and vulnerability associated with drug supply chains.

Knowledge and understanding of the council and partnership's objectives and goals to improve health and well-being and reduce the impact of crime for the local community, including more vulnerable children and adults, and families
Knowledge of research methodology and statistics and how these can be applied and / or interpreted in a community safety partnership context


Experience:

A minimum of one year's experience of working in a partnership environment
A minimum of one year's experience of working in the drug and alcohol sector
Experience of project management in practice
Experience of conducting needs assessments and research projects in order to support the development and design of local policy and strategic action plans
Experience of performance monitoring including the collation of quantitative and qualitative data, interpretation to inform understanding and oversight of developing and monitoring performance management frameworks
Experience of producing reports and policy responses for a range of audiences in accordance with a brief or using own initiative
