Are you a dynamic individual with a knack for sales and a passion for real estate? My client is seeking a motivated and ambitious individuals to join our team as New Homes Sales Consultants.

If you have a background in phone sales, car sales, or lettings, or any other sales environment, and you're looking to make a career leap into the exciting world of new homes sales, then this opportunity is for you


As a New Homes Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting prospective buyers in their journey to find their dream home within our new residential developments.


Your primary duties will include:

  • Showcasing the features and benefits of our new homes, providing comprehensive information on floor plans, amenities, and pricing.
  • Guiding clients through the purchasing process, from initial inquiries to contract signing, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
  • Collaborating with the sales team and developers to meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the project.
  • Providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.

  • Up to £31k basic, £57k+ OTE, + Bonus.

Qualifications:


  • No prior experience in new homes sales necessary; however, a background in phone sales, car sales, lettings or any other KPI environment preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a persuasive demeanor to effectively close sales.
  • A proactive and selfmotivated attitude, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the real estate market and trends is a plus, but not required.
  • A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
