Are you an ambitious and proactive recruitment consultant with a successful track record within the driving sector?

Our client is looking for an experienced and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join their dedicated driving team.

In this role, you will utilise your industry knowledge and exceptional interpersonal skills to match skilled drivers with a range of job opportunities within the driving sector.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing requirements and providing exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify their unique needs, tailoring recruitment strategies to attract the right driving talent.
  • Nurture and maintain existing client relationships whilst also developing new business opportunities.

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role within the driving sector.
  • Strong understanding of driving industry regulations, licenses, and certifications.
  • Proficient in using applicant tracking systems
  • High degree of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
  • Selfmotivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fastpaced environment.

£26,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
