CK Group are recruiting for a Quality Control Manager to join a pharmaceutical company based in Sunderland on a full-time permanent basis


The Company:

Our client is an MHRA approved and NHS accredited manufacturing facility.


Quality Control Manager Role:


As a Quality Control Manager, you will ensure our client maintains a manufacturing and distribution service in line with current GMP and GDP guidelines.

You will manage all product quality control aspects of bespoke and batch manufactured unlicensed medicinalproducts.

Your main duties will be to:

  • Manage the testing of products including research and development, raw material, finished product and stability projects.
  • Manage all equipment to ensure compliance with GMP activities.
  • To follow, promote and enforce relevant SOPs, job aids, company policies and procedures.
  • Perform release on paperwork, raw materials, stability studies and manufactured.
  • Line manage a team.

Your Background:


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial position.
  • GMP experience in a pharmaceutical setting would be a plus, but other industries may be considered.
