One of the UK's most successful and respected law firms are offering a rare opportunity to specialise in their serious injury team.

This is a great opportunity to work alongside a Partner of the firm dealing with complex and high value claims.

The Role

Technical supervision of cases across the team, including national input where required.
Working together with other Case Handlers to provide legal support on a number of cases to deliver an outstanding client experience and progress litigation
Attending face to face client meetings across the North of England and occasionally nationwide.
Line management of case handlers and assistance with general team management.
Able to work independently and as part of a team to progress cases met within the departments agreed target.
Required proven track record of exceeding costs and chargeable time targets.
Ideally at least 8 years' experience of cross border injury claims.
Qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales.
Enthusiastic, committed and able to work and thrive in a busy environment.
Excellent client care and communication skills.
Experience in travel litigation is desirable but not essential, as training and supervision will be provided.
