Admin Purchasing Assistant
Kinlan Brickwork Ltd is a successful Brickwork subcontractor based in Wallasey with numerous projects across the Northwest & South Yorkshire.
Due to continued growth and expansion we are looking to hire a Purchasing Admin Assistant, to help assist the Purchasing Manager in the day to day tasks in the Buying department.
Although this role is based in the Construction Industry experience in this field is not necessary, as all training will be given to ensure you can do the job to the best of your ability.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Create Purchase Orders
Updating the material tracker for each Site once orders placed
Chase suppliers for delivery dates.
Update material board with delivery dates
Delivery checks ensuring the correct items are delivered to site and on time
Experience:
- Previous experience of working in a fast paced office environment
- Experience of using Microsoft Excel
- Selfmotivated, methodical and organised
- Excellent ability to multitask
- Ability to work under pressure
- Team player
Salary:
£20,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
