Maintenance Supervisor

Perm Contract
Resourcing Group are currently recruiting for an experienced maintenance supervisor for a market leading social housing contractor.


As the Supervisor, you will motivate, coach and retain our tradespeople and ensure commitment, outstanding workmanship and performance in line with KPI's.

You will lead the team of trades people and sub-contractors in undertaking the required works to the highest possible standard.


Essential:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Excellent dispute resolution skills
  • Experience of supervising teams
  • Good understanding of building maintenance
  • IT literate

Salary & Benefits
Up to £45k + £2500 car allowance

24 days annual leave + bank holidays

Pay review every January
