Study towards a level 3 qualification in Customer Services.

We are looking to recruit customer a focused individual who has a passion to learn excellent customer service.

Customer First is the first point of contact for many of our customers, so enthusiasm is vital.

We are looking for an excellent team player, who will assist in the effective performance of this busy and friendly team.


The contact centre is the first point of contact for many of our customers and provides a great starting point from which to build career in customer services.

You will be an important member of your team and will develop and use many new skills.

You will receive full training and development to help you achieve your apprenticeship and reach your full potential in your role.


You will have the ability to demonstrate good communication skills and be enthusiastic, innovative and possess a can do attitude that will contribute towards the positive experiences of the people we work with.


As well as answering calls, you will have the opportunity to use your IT skills and engage with our customers on digital platforms such as social media and Live Chat.

As part of this role, you will study towards an NVQ Level 3 Qualification in Customer Services.

Once you have achieved your qualification and are meeting the duties and responsibilities of the role, you will have the opportunity to move onto a permanent contract.

You will be required to work from a designated council office and from home.

Your induction and training will be in person at our Halifax Town Centre Office.
