We are recruiting for an experienced property manager to join this well-established property company based in Nottingham

The role will involve:

Regular inspection visits of properties to ensure tenants/landlords are maintaining standards set out within their contracts
Liaising with Landlords and Tenants to resolve any issues with the property
Arranging maintenance and contractor visits and following up to ensure work is complete
End of tenancy processing
All administration relating to property issues
Management of deposits and payments
Experience within Property management commercial or residential
Ability to liaise and build relationships with landlord and tenants to resolve problems and issues
Good attention and eye for detail
Confidence to challenge and influence decisions
Full UK driving license
