BDS are currently recruiting for a Housing Repairs Coordinator to work with a Nationwide Housing association.

We can offer the role on a hybrid basis, 2 days at home and 3 in the office based in Oldham.

You will be first point of call dealing with clients, contractors and third parties to log, liaise and organize repairs, other duties include but are not limited too;

Provide customers with prompt, professional and accurate information
Assist contractors, customers and colleagues with queries and complaints to resolve them quickly and effectively.
Ensure that data and information is updated into the appropriate systems accurately and in a timely manner.
Achieve agreed personal, team and corporate objectives including providing support for fellow team members and other colleagues taking ownership of own performance and development.

We are looking for someone with a strong customer service background, ideally with knowledge/ experience in the housing sector.

The contract is until the end of June '23 with a good chance of extension after

Pay Rate:
£10.81ph

Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary contract

Salary:
£10.81-£13.17 per hour
