Job Title:
Bookkeeper.

Location:
Cheadle, Stockport

Salary:
£30,000 per year

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
We are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper with Xero experience to join our clients team based in Cheadle, Stockport. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records for our company.

You will work closely with our finance team to ensure that all financial transactions are recorded correctly and in a timely manner.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage accounts payable and receivable using Xero
  • Process invoices and payments
  • Reconcile bank statements
  • Prepare and file VAT returns
  • Maintain accurate financial records using Xero
  • Assist with monthend and yearend close
  • Produce financial reports as required

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper using Xero
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
  • Proficient in using Xero accounting software
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisational and timemanagement skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
