Senior Examinations Officer


Hours
Full time - permanent contract

with majority home working (minimum 4 days per month in the office)


Job level
£40,000-£43,000 per annum - Band 5

The Role
We are looking to appoint a full-time Senior Examinations Officer within the Examinations Team in the Regulatory Operations Department. The post holder will be one of three Senior Examinations Officers reporting to the Examinations Manager.

The Senior Examinations Officer will be responsible for organising the production, administration, development, and delivery of the BSB's professional centralised examinations and the analysis and publication of examination results and reports.

The Senior Examinations Officer may have direct line management of one Examinations Officer.

Key skills and experience required to undertake the role include:

  • Significant experience of working in examinations or assessment in a Higher Education context
- the ability to work accurately and to deliver to deadlines

  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills are needed
