The Managed Solutions Specialist and Investor Relations Team is a global team sitting within JPM Investment Solutions that provides comprehensive client and advisor coverage of all managed solutions (SMAs, mutual funds, and multi-manager across JPM and 3rd party) in a coordinated way.

With a product-agnostic lens, the team partners with senior leadership in each region and channel to understand respective priorities in order to manage and retain assets across all managed strategies.

The team is primarily based in New York, with regional teams in London, Hong Kong, and Mumbai.


About the Managed Solutions Investor Relations Associate Role


In this position, you will be the lead investor relations team member covering our suite of managed solutions products for EMEA/Asia/LatAm regions.

The Associate will serve as a primary point of contact for our International Salesforce and Portfolio Specialists in supporting their client conversations and in managing and leading client/advisor experience initiatives which will require working with a variety of teams - from the CIO/Portfolio Management teams to Product Development to Legal & Compliance.


Responsibilities:

Support all aspects of Managed Solutions product coverage for EMEA/Asia/LatAm, working directly with the Portfolio Specialist team and Heads of Investments for to:

  • Leverage knowledge about our investments solutions, the markets and existing Portfolio Manager driven content to discuss & support our portfolios/investments
  • Develop and lead initiatives aimed at improving the advisor/client experience (both internal & external), including developing new educational resources, increasing the efficiency of information flow and evolving the way we communicate between different areas of the business
  • Work with internal constituent groups across EMEA/Asia/LatAm i ncluding bankers, investors and client relationship teams to answer questions and address issues related to a variety of topics including: investment objectives of our managed solutions strategies, market activity, positions/holdings, business initiatives etc.
  • Lead the internal and external product communication process; liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors on the endtoend logistics of communications/mailings
  • Maintain detailed metrics and identify key trends in order to proactively develop resources for the sales force
  • Partner with compliance and legal regarding regulatory/legal requirements relevant to client materials
  • Identify and assess areas of risk and implement preventative policies and procedures

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

  • Ability to execute within a fastpaced and demanding environment, while managing multiple concurrent deliverables
  • Genuine interest in financial markets and macrolevel economic trends
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Agile and innovative team player with the ability to work with diverse working styles and effectively alter approach when necessary
  • Proactive, accountable, and assertive; strong work ethic
  • Organized, detailoriented, and client experience focused approach
  • Confidence and skill to think strategically, develop solutions, and present recommendations to business leaders
  • Superior judgment and discretion working with both confidential and sensitive information
  • Strong proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel required
  • 3+ years of experience in wealth management, financial services, or a related field
  • Bachelors degree at a high ranking university required
  • CFA, CAIA, MBA, or other related designations are a plus, but not required
  • Experience working with Multi-Asset class investments
  • Preference for quantitative and analytical skills
  • Working knowledge of capital markets and broad understanding of Asset Management and Wealth Management businesses
