  • Customer Service Adviser Role

Reporting Line:
Customer Service Manager


Contract Details:
Full Time Position, Monday - Friday from 8:00am to 5:30pm, totaling 45 hours weekly


Rotating Saturdays: 1 in 4, from 8:00am to 12:00pm

Position Overview

Main Responsibilities

  • Consistently providing exceptional customer service to all clients.
  • Collaborating with Customer Service Manager to meet customer feedback goals.
  • Keeping customers informed about their vehicle repair progress.
  • Handling insurance and work notifications for scheduling repairs.
  • Serving as the primary contact point for feedback and complaints, escalating when necessary.
  • Arranging vehicle pickups and drop-offs with the Driving team and estimates with Vehicle Damage Assessors.
  • Welcoming and assisting customers on-site.
  • Checking in and returning repaired vehicles to customers.

Required Skills / Background

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including a polite telephone manner.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and make sound decisions.
  • Proficiency in IT, particularly in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Team player mindset to achieve set targets.
  • Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
