Title:
Delivery Lead - Reinsurance
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Within the Professional Services division, you will be joining a Duck Creek Reinsurance project team (a platform dedicated to reinsurance) consisting of nearly 30 people.
As a Delivery Lead in our Professional Services team, you will play a vital role in leading teams to deliver project(s) for clients, and manages schedules, financials, and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery.
WHAT YOU'VE DONE:
- Responsible for leading teams to deliver project(s) for clients,
- Manages the daytoday project activities and deliverables, including schedules, financials, and project change requests
- Serves as the point of escalation for project related activities, and for the Customer
- Reports on project results, metrics, test and deployment management activities
- Provides status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership
- Understands interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs
- Sets and continually manages project and program expectations while delegating and managing deliverable with team members and stakeholders
- Develops and delivers progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations to various audiences, including project team, sponsors, CIO and key stakeholders
- Mentors project team members
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
Travel: 0-10% (if required for on-site client visits or team building event)
