Our client, an award-winning multidisciplinary engineering and environmental consultancy based across the UK, is on the lookout for a new Technical Director to be based in their Chelmsford office to come in and grow the infrastructure team and double itin size.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a long-term career for an experienced individual to sink their teeth into

Working hours:

As the Technical Director, you'll be required to work Monday to Friday. Would potentially consider working from home for this role.

Our client is offering the successful Technical Director:

Salaries up to £80,000
Mileage allowance
Pension
25 days holiday (with a buy and sell scheme)
Cycle to work scheme

To be considered for the role you must have:

10 years of experience within the infrastructure field
Consultancy background
Ideally Charted
Management experience
Good technical knowledge
UK Driving license

As the Technical Director your role will involve:

Managing client projects (Current)
Developing the current infrastructure team, by recruiting your own team with the plan to double the size of the team
Attend client project meetings
Bring across new business and clients
Liaising with other Technical Directors within the business
