Warehouse Administrator Wanted
Telford
Monday to Friday

8:30am to 5:00pm

£12.00 to £14.00
Temporary to Permanent

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Efficient handling of freight forwarding matters for spare parts and machine deliveries, including import
and export formalities
Create, receive & process customer returns, exchanges, repairs and Return Material Authorisations (RMAs).
Ensures high customer satisfaction thanks to optimal handling of shipping in cooperation with external shipping providers.
Warehouse operations - Goods receipt and sending, put away, goods issue
Key communicator of site for customers, external contacts as well as suppliers.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Vocational level technical/administrative education.
Experience with order management systems re stock management
Excellent communication skills
Experience with custom clearance procedures
Familiar with IT skills, such as uploading and downloading files
Good interpersonal skills for customer contact.
Is able to work on independently, but can also act as a team player
Works comfortably with personal computers and software such as, MS Office.
