Well-Being coordinator

  • Participate in enhancing the social wellbeing of the residents to provide as far as possible, a happy simulating experience and environment. Help residents to socialise within the care home.
  • To plan ongoing weekly/monthly timetables in conjunction with the residents wishes, and encourage residents to maintain preexisting hobbies.
  • Maintain full and accurate records and assist the home with fundraising.
  • Report any changes in residents physical or emotional conditions to the manager.
  • Provide comfort and company on a one to one basis for residents who are unable to participate in any form of activity.
  • To carry out any other task that may be reasonably assigned to you.
  • Ensure that residents confidentiality is maintained at all times.
Experience within a care home setting or a similar role would be an advantage. The position is working within a care home environment with residents who may be living with dementia.

Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 18-24 per week


Salary:
£12.00 per hour
