Customer Service/Sales Advisor


Nutec Insulations Ltd is a direct sales company based in Wolverhampton, West Midlands, with national coverage.

Main Responsibilities:


  • Receiving calls from our Surveyors to book installations and taking payments
  • Maintaining our sales order spreadsheets
  • Preparing and sending out warranty packs
  • Creating Customer files on the G-Drive and transferring pictures from WhatsApp
  • Posting out documentation to support our surveyors and preparing new Surveyor presentation packs
  • Dealing with remedial issues which may include organising trades people through trusted websites
  • General Office Duties

Skills and Experience Required

  • Proven work history within a busy sales office is essential
  • To have an excellent, upbeat, telephone manner and good communication skills to deal with customers, suppliers, and other team members
  • Strong communication skills
  • Time management skills
  • High level of accuracy
  • Proactive and able to work under own initiative,
  • Team player
  • Customer focused nature

Benefits:


  • Starting salary £26,000 £28,000 per annum
  • Hours generally 9am until 5pm Monday to Friday with some evenings and Saturdays sharing the workload with colleagues.

Salary:
£24, £26,000.00 per year.
