Responsibilities:
- Negotiate with landlords and tenants to secure the best possible terms for both parties.
- Understand the legal requirements of tenancy agreements.
- Conduct viewings of properties and provide advice to potential tenants.
- Maintain accurate records of all negotiations and agreements.
- Keep up to date with market trends and local property prices.
- Provide excellent customer service to both landlords and tenants.
Essential
Own Car and Driving Licence.
Salary
- Basic Salary between £19000£21000 pro rata depending on experience
- OTE £22000£27000pa
Hours
- Monday to Friday 12pm5.30pm
- Occassional weekend work will be required a few weekends per year.
