Responsibilities:

• Negotiate with landlords and tenants to secure the best possible terms for both parties.
• Understand the legal requirements of tenancy agreements.
• Conduct viewings of properties and provide advice to potential tenants.
• Maintain accurate records of all negotiations and agreements.
• Keep up to date with market trends and local property prices.
• Provide excellent customer service to both landlords and tenants.

Essential
Own Car and Driving Licence.


Salary

• Basic Salary between £19000£21000 pro rata depending on experience
• OTE £22000£27000pa

Hours

• Monday to Friday 12pm5.30pm
• Occassional weekend work will be required a few weekends per year.
