One of the UK's top 20 Accountancy Firms seek a Legal Administrative Assistant to join their team.
An established Accountancy firm are on the search for an experienced Legal Administrative Assistant to join their team based in London.
Supporting two Legal Partners, the Legal Administrative Assistant will:
- Diary management for Legal Partners, Solicitors and wider team
- Arranging meetings, coordinating meeting rooms and organising refreshments
- Client creation and Anti Money Laundering procedures including preparing Letters of Engagement and client set up forms
- Creation of client account payment forms
- First draft letters for approval and amendments
- Formatting documents through PDF, Kofax and Adobe sign adding electronic signatures and preparing forms to be sent to clients
- Will sewing
- Filling, scanning and distributing post and other documents
- General team and administration support
As the Legal Administrative Assistant, you will have at least 1 years' experience working within a legal team with a background in Law, Financial Services or Accountancy.
To be successful with this role, you will need to have the following skills:
- Advanced level knowledge of MS Office packages including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- A Level Educated or equivalent with strong academics
- Minimum of 50 wpm typing speed
- Familiar with typing and formatting reports including tables and spreadsheets
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Effective organisational skills and ability to manage own workload
- Proactive and ability to work on own initiative
