THE ROLE


Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead you are a valued member of both the Global Talent Acquisition Team and the divisions that you are supporting.

This role is responsible for Technology (UK), Corporate (Global) and Commercial (Global) recruitment.


As an experienced Technical Sourcer and Recruiter, you are passionate, collaborative and adaptable Your skills will strengthen our team, enabling us to continue to recruit the best talent for Genius Sports.


Key Objectives of the Role

  • Contribute to employer branding, salary benchmarking, and organizational planning that will allow the company to scale effectively.

Requirements:


  • Previous Tech recruitment experience in a fastpaced industry essential, inhouse recruitment experience is advantageous;
  • Previous experience successfully delivering Tech talent at all levels of seniority, across various technologies;
  • A record of managing Talent Sourcing in a resultsorientated environment and contributing to the Global Talent team with knowledge and energy;
  • Existing experience in Corporate and Commercial experience is advantageous
  • Experience recruiting internationally is beneficial
  • System savvy we use Greenhouse (ATS) and Workday (HRIS)
  • Organised with attention to detail
