Responsibilities:

Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
Utilize phone etiquette skills to communicate effectively with customers
Analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
Up sell products or services to increase revenue
Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to understand their needs and preferences

Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
Ability to adapt to different personality types
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Salary:
From £24,584.65 per year
