Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, identifying their needs, and recommending solutions to enhance their experience.

You will play a crucial role in driving sales, building customer loyalty, and contributing to the overall success of our company.


Responsibilities:


  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Utilize phone etiquette skills to communicate effectively with customers
  • Analyse customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
  • Up sell products or services to increase revenue
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to understand their needs and preferences

Skills:


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Ability to adapt to different personality types
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Salary:
From £24,584.65 per year
