Accounts Administrator - Guildford Office (hybrid)


To support business growth, we have an excellent opportunity for an Accounts Administrator to join our accounts team in Guildford.

This is a full-time role but part time (minimum 20 hours per week across 5 days) will also be considered, with flexibility to support hybrid working.


Key accountabilities

  • Reviewing and processing staff expense claims ensuring accuracy re VAT and categorisation.
  • Downloading and distributing company credit card statements and following up to ensure timely processing.
  • Entering purchase invoices and associated work to support the Payables team.
  • Checking supplier statements and identifying missing items.
  • Accessing supplier portals to obtain supplier invoices.
  • Verifying new supplier bank details and setting up suppliers in Sage.
  • Other support for the accounts team, as needed, such as assist with credit control, raising POs, and raising fee invoices when other members of the team are on leave.

  • Flexibility to support a range of office administration needs
