Responsible for controlling the supply chain of 10 stores, 10 wholesale customers and a growing online business with a purchasing requirement of £6million at cost per annum - the retail department is seeking a talented pro-active and enthusiastic Merchandiser in St James Palace.


Joining our diverse and highly professional team, you'll control the purchase and sales of goods through the supply chain, ensuring all shops have sufficient stock to meet their sales targets whilst driving branch profitability by defining ranges specifically per shop, reviewing their performance by fixture, location and delivering the highest possible margin per site.


The post-holder will principally be based at St James's Palace, however, on occasion may be required to work at other locations.

Owing to the nature of the job the post holder may infrequently be required to work longer hours or weekends when required.

This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract until October 2024.

  • About you
  • Extensive experience in the retail environment
  • Significant experience working in a merchandising function
  • Be able to work with complex computer systems including computerised merchandising software and spreadsheet packages
  • Excellent mathematical, analytical and reporting skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve errors
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work effectively as part of a team
