What the Role Involves

As a Home Support Worker, you'll play an important role in your clients' daily lives by:

• Assisting with personal care routines
• Preparing meals and supporting with nutrition
• Providing medication reminders
• Offering companionship, reassurance, and a friendly face
• Supporting independence through practical help and encouragement

Your presence will bring comfort, confidence, and consistency to those you care for.

Position Details

• Full-time role: 35–40 hours per week
• Flexible shift options across mornings, afternoons, and evenings
• Some weekend work included as part of your schedule

What You'll Need

• A warm, caring, and trustworthy nature
• A UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
• Good spoken English and communication skills
• Experience in care is welcome but not essential — we provide full training

What You'll Receive

• £14.65 per hour, with higher rates for weekend shifts
• Mileage paid at £0.45 per mile
• Guaranteed hours contracts available
