Role:
Lead Product Manager - Retention

Location: 2 days per week in the office in brand new office in Central London

Salary:
up to £120,000 + equity

female-founded scale-up and a disruptor of the $500bn industry. They raised $100m in Series B funding last year and have been named one of the UK's hottest start ups

Founded in 2016, they are a VC-backed online subscription platform driven by data science, machine learning & analytics. Their goal is to become a one stop shop for luxury beauty and to make it accessible to everyone.

Backed by Index Ventures (who support the likes of Deliveroo, Wise and Revolut), their membership numbers and revenue are doubling They also have retention rates 20x higher than direct competitors and greater than Netflix and Spotify.

They have been joined by a new CTO and VP of Product who have recently completed an exciting re-organisation.

They are looking for a Lead Product Manager to lead the Retention vertical - a brand new position within the company:

This role will be an IC for the first 9 months or so, but as the product team grows you will have the opportunity to build and manage your own team.

So, who are they looking for?....

Extensive experience as a Product Manager in a productled company
Proven leadership experience
A track record of delivering highperforming products
Experience being a part of a Retention product vertical would be great
