Trainee Accountant (AAT Part-Qualified)
We are a five-partner accountancy and tax practice based in the centre of Harrogate, North Yorkshire. We have a close-knit team of approx. 26 with a brilliant working environment and culture.


What you will be doing day to day

• Preparing financial statements for incorporated and unincorporated businesses of differing sizes
• Preparing personal, business, corporation and partnership tax returns
• Preparing VAT returns

About you

• AAT Part-Qualified (achieved level 2 as a minimum)
• Friendly, professional and enjoys working in a team and collaborative environment
• Organised, punctual and selfmotivated with an eye for detail
• Previous working experience in accounts preparation
• Ability to work independently, managing their own workload to varying deadlines
• Experience working with cloud accounting packages, particularly Xero
• Familiar with personal and business tax regulations
• Familiar with VAT and PAYE legislation

Job Types:

Salary:
£19,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
