Description

We are setting up new teams to support 2 ladies who will live in their own properties, in close proximity.

The successful Community Support Manager will have extensive experience of managing support teams for people with complex needs including EUPD, ABIand self-harming behaviours.


Job Introduction

The primary role of the Community Support Manager is to maintain oversight of the allocated commissioned package(s) of support in a specified area, to have full operational leadership and oversight and represent the vision and values of Gray Healthcare toall staff and stakeholders.


It is essential the Community Support Manager promotes safe, responsive, safe, and effective working practice and offers continuous practice leadership to Support Workers.

NVQ/QCF Level 5 in Social Care or Diploma in Management would be desirable but not essential.
