Minimum of circa £53,299 per annum (dependent on skills & experience) & Company vehicle

Full-time and permanent, 37 hours

Field-based role covering the Anglian Water region; including Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire, Norfolk etc.


Anglian Water offers a flexible approach, this role provides you the flexibility to work from home and from an Anglian Water office.

This role is based across the Anglian Water region, including Cambridgeshire, Lincolnshire, Norfolk, etc.? You will be requiredto spend time travelling to visit clients across the region.

Here at Anglian Water, we are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to manage and lead our Biosolids Sales team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a brilliant team and make a real impact.


In this role, you will be responsible for the sales and marketing of Biosolids and other waste derived products produced by Anglian Water under the nutri-bio and nutriscape brands.


Your excellent customer service and communication skills will enable you to secure sales, deliver a forward plan of outlets/sales and pro-actively manage external stakeholders.

You will develop an outstanding sales strategy, which ensures long-term financialperformance and a consistent high level of customer service.


Here your ability to lead and mentor a team will be key, as you will coach, support and performance manage the sales & marketing team to ensure you are meeting business targets.

What does it take to be a Biosolids Sales & Marketing Manager?

  • A Bachelor's degree or HND in an Agricultural discipline.
  • Demonstrable experience and knowledge of farming practices, reclamation and organic recycling operations.
  • Strong sales and marketing experience in a management role.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent leadership skills and management experience.
  • Computer literate, with experience in Microsoft Office.
