Legal Counsel
London - Hybrid (2 days in the office) 0-3 years PQE
Company client partnered with a Global Insurer as they are recruiting a Legal Counsel for their team.

Legal Counsel duties:

Provide legal experience around drafting, negotiation and review of all relevant commercial agreements
Contract amendments in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal controls
Handle nonstandard TOBAs, SLA's, NDA's runoff agreements, coinsurance agreements, reinsurance agreements, share purchase agreements, software & licence agreements and confidentiality agreements)
Data Protection clauses and any issues that may arise
