This is a fixed term, full-time appointment until 28 February 2025.


The post involves analysis of neurocognitive data (EEG, eyetracking,NIRS) from existing large-scale longitudinal studies of infants, children and adults with and without autism and/or ADHD.


The Simons' Foundation-funded project (GAIINS) uses AI-based methods and EEG data to identify stratification biomarkers that may be sensitive to genetic subgroups.

You will mainly focus on analysis of data, although there may also be some testing with children and adults.


Ideally, you will have:


  • Strong statistical skills, particularly in longitudinal modelling;
  • Experience with AI or data science methods; and an emerging publication record;
  • A interest in using existing data to ask innovative new questions about neurodevelopmental conditions.
  • Experience with collection and/or analysis of neurocognitive methods like EEG, eyetracking, NIRS, virtual reality and behavioral assessment with infants and toddlers.

Remuneration:

Grade 7 of the College's London Pay Scale which is £40,348 rising to £46,118 per annum.


The salary quoted is on the College's London Pay Scale which includes a consolidated Weighting/Allowance which applies only to staff whose normal contractual place of work is in the London area.
