Description
We are looking to recruit a Family Support Worker to the Disabled Children's Team (DCT).

The role will involve undertaking short breaks assessments and annual reviews, supporting families waiting for a short break provision, family time, and working alongside social workers to support children and their families (this list is not exhaustive).


  • ASAP start.
  • Initial 3 month contract.
  • Full time hours.
