Position: 2nd Line IT Support Engineer

Location:
Havant, Hampshire

Salary:
£30,000 - £36,000 + Paid for Certifications

My client are an established Managed Service Provider in Havant are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join their busy helpdesk.

They provide their clients with peace of mind by knowing their systems, devices and data are being looked after 24/7.

Also, they pride themselves on protecting businesses from cyber security risks & giving businesses an IT service which can scale and growwith them.

You should have great customer service skills, be able to answer the phone in an excellent manner, have strong troubleshooting skills for Windows desktop operating systems as well as Office365.

My client look after over 100 businesses across the Southeast and you will be working within a team of 12 engineers on the IT Helpdesk.

You will need to be outgoing, willing to assist as much as possible, and be a team player.

Key Skills:

2nd line technical skills in Microsoft Windows Server technologies
2nd line technical skills in LANs, WANs, Firewalls, VPNs, Cisco preferred.
Virtualisation (both Hyper-V & VMWare)
Windows Server, Exchange Server, Remote Desktop Services
2nd line technical skills in Microsoft Azure
