Cluster Human Resources Manager - On Site


Working under the general guidance and supervision of the Director of Human Resources - Europe and in partnership with the General Manager of the hotels, the Cluster Human Resources and Development Manager will provide a professional and caring Human Resourcesservice to all management and staff, minimise staff turnover, and maximise career development potential and achieve a high standard of staff performance in line with Company guest satisfaction objectives, and the Hotel's business and strategic plans and toassist in the profitability of the Hotel whilst ensuring the welfare of all.


The Cluster Human Resources Manager will be responsible for the HR Operations across 3 hotels in the UK Provinces South Region.

The role will be based either Gatwick Hotel or Slough Hotel, there is NO Hybrid option available.


What are we looking for:

  • Proven experience working across a multisite operation
  • Strong relationship building and influencing skills
  • Good Knowledge of Employment Legislation
  • Previous experience managing staff accommodation is highly desirable
