Position Summary
Under the guidance of the managing director ,the case Manager is responsible for assisting in the success of delivering quality service to the business clients and achieving the Company's strategic goals.
Speaks to customers who have enquired through websites regarding financial services such as Miss sold Pensions and Investments and releasing equity from their properties, verifying the customers details and fact finding to establish their enquiry, before understanding their circumstances, arranging appointments for collection of documents and verify returned documents before matching them with the most suited professional on our panel.
You must have outstanding organizational skills; experience working in a fast-paced environment and can successfully prioritize and manage multiple duties.
Duties & Essential Job Functions:
- Manage the daytoday relationship with aligned customers and partners in a professional and timely manner
- Work with management to define and implement best practices
- Engage effectively with other areas of the business
- Actively build a strong network of contacts within partner companies
- Good housekeeping, all records to be accurately update and processes followed
- Speaking to the consumers verifying their details, Documents and personal circumstances
- Maintaining updates on contracts and campaign set up
- Deals with our IFA and solicitor clients
- Appointment booking and document verification
- Data management and reporting
- Maintain company due diligence and reporting of findings
- Complaint handling and logging
- General administration
Desired Skills:
- Previous experience in Finance sector ( Investments, Pensions, Mortgage, Insurance )
- Capability to drive performance and achieve excellent results
- Ability to work effectively with team members and with clients
- Selfmotivated, with ability to manage and follow up on multiple tasks simultaneously
- Demonstrated organizational and scheduling skills, strong time management skills
- Rigorous attention to detail
- Analytical ability, consultative, and strong judgment
- Ability to approach problems from multiple angles and find creative solutions
- Strong Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Excel
- An excellent telephone manner, written and communication skills
- The ability to successfully collaborate with multiple personalities and communicate with all levels within the organisation
