Job Description:


The Senior Proposal Associate plays a crucial role in the proposal development process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to create winning proposals that meet client needs and objectives.

This position involves managing the end-to-end proposal process, from initial request through submission, and requires a combination of project management, writing, and editing skills.


Role & Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the proposal development process, including analysing RFP/RFI requirements and timelines.
  • Writing, editing, and formatting proposal content to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance with requirements.
  • Creating executive summaries and other sections to highlight key selling points.
  • Developing and maintaining a proposal schedule, ensuring all deadlines are met.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 24 years experience with proposal development
  • English language proficiency
