The opportunity
We are searching for a Head of Growth Marketing to join our fast-growing cyber security SaaS startup. This person will be the driving force behind all our digital marketing initiatives.

We need someone motivated and scrappy, to implement, track and optimize digital campaigns across multiple channels, measure their success, then build out a team to scale it all up.

We've already established a solid product/market fit, and now we're ready to take Push to market at scale


Partnering closely with the founder/CEO and executive team; you'll be in charge of creating a digital marketing strategy that supports our business goals.

You'll work together with our content marketer, designer and product marketer to craft compelling stories for campaigns.

As the founding member of this team you'll have the opportunity to build out the Growth Marketing team from scratch, with full autonomy to build it your way.

This is a remote role, so you can be based anywhere on in the UK. We've been all-remote from day one, even before the pandemic, working asynchronously and flexibly from any location.

In this role you will:


  • Build our Growth Marketing function, from scratch
  • Develop and implement high impact campaigns and tactical marketing programs that generate demand and revenue
  • Hire, lead and coach a worldclass team of Growth Marketers and Growth Engineers as we scale the company
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members on effective growth tactics and approaches
  • Run experiments across all channels, optimizing campaigns to measure and improve conversion and ROI
  • Work directly with the CEO to define KPIs and develop growth goals and objectives
  • Report on experiment results, campaign performance and inbound pipeline progression for all growth marketing initiatives
  • Manage, maintain and optimize usage of the marketing tech stack

Experience you bring includes:

  • 58 years experience in Growth Marketing
  • At least 2 years of experience leading a team
  • Experience in B2B marketing in a SaaS company (cyber security experience is a bonus, but not required)
  • You're highly creative and have experience in identifying target audiences and devising demand generation/capture campaigns that can be optimized for either selfsignup or sales conversations
  • You can implement effective, crossplatform retargeting campaigns
  • You can optimize landing pages and user journeys
  • You are skilled in experimentation, datadriven in your approach and have strong analytical skills
  • You have a solid knowledge of website analytics tools (bonus points for Segment and Mixpanel)
  • You have a working knowledge of Google Ads and social media advertising as well as being proficient in managing ad budgets
